Do you have a great story to tell about customer experience?
CX Talks is the event for you! We welcome speaker proposals all year long for CX Talks events, whether an online webinar session or local event.
Please note: CX Talks does not hire professional speakers or pay for transportation without prior approval.
While we are still unsure when local events with 100-150 attendees will be allowed, we are busy planning for local events in these markets for 2021 and 2022:

All Speakers
All proposals must be submitted through the website to ensure that they are reviewed. Accepted speakers will have an opportunity to showcase your customer experience thought leadership in front of your industry peers.
Based on the TED Talks format, CX Talks speakers share short stories (15-25 minutes) of how they have applied CX fundamentals and new innovative CX strategies or technology tools that have led to quantifiable CX results.
Think of your talk as being like a TED Talk – short and focused on one main topic with story telling that presents 1) a situation, 2) a need (tension) and 3) what you did to resolve the problem. We are seeking inspiration and knowledge that can be put to use by our audience.
2020’s theme is about the future of CX: “The future of CX is here… now what?” The CX industry has been growing rapidly and maturing over the past decade. We came up with this theme in 2019 without knowing that 2020 would have so many disruptions. Now that COVID19 has altered our reality, what does the future hold for companies in designing customer experiences that impact their bottom line?
CX Talks Online Sessions
Sponsorship is available for the following online events:
CX Talks Local Events
Limited seaking opportunities are available for Gold, Platinum and Title sponsors. We limit sponsored speaking spots to no more than 6 total spots per event.
All sponsored speaking spots must have a client-side speaker present along with your company representative. Sponsors may also sponsor professional speakers, authors, and/or clients without being accompanied by a company representative. This helps add interest and credibility when sharing case studies and stories related to how sponsors helped the client improve their CX.
While we strongly discourage any selling from the stage, we encourage sponsored speakers to invite the audience to meet them at their exhibit after the talk for Q&A, demos, free trials, drawings, etc.
