My work at AT&T has spanned across both entertainment and business as the company transforms their business in to new markets domestically and globally. My previous role with IBM leading a CX strategy practice for North America, provided a breadth opportunities working with a wide variety of brands in retail, luxury, banking, travel and telecommunications.
