Senior Innovation Lead, Chick-Fil-A

Leo is currently the Sr. Innovation Lead at Chick-fil-A. He is responsible for strategy and development of innovating innovation. Currently, his primary focus areas include the redesign of Hatch, Chick-fil-A’s Innovation Center, developing a culture of innovation, innovation training & application, Innovation Coaches and more. Leo also has in-depth experience working in two distinct models of innovation: centralized and decentralized. He brings a unique perspective on the inner workings of each one. Leo is wildly passionate about innovation, creativity and technology. He’s always on the hunt for the next idea. He holds 7 US issued patents with an additional 38 in the filing process. He is a formerly trained graphic designer with a Bachelor of Design Honours from the acclaimed York/Sheridan design school in Toronto, Canada. He also holds a Master of Theological Studies from Tyndale University College & Seminary.
