If you’ve known CX for a while, you probably know Mike Wittenstein. One of the first practitioners in our industry, he started IBM Global Service’s customer experience practice 20 years ago. He fell in love with CX and launched his own firm, StoryMiners, in 2002. Mike is a charter member of the CXPA and opened its first chapter in Atlanta. An ambassador for our profession, Mike has taken CX messages and tools with him on over 500 engagements to more than 20 countries as a designer, consultant, facilitator, and speaker. Mike graduated from the University of Florida and Thunderbird/ASU and speaks four languages. Family travel, hiking, and woodworking take up his spare time.
