Robert Anthony is a Managing Partner of /knowtional Consulting and drives Digital & Traditional Marketing, B2C eCcommerce and Omnichannel Customer Experience initiatives for the industry sectors of Retail, Entertainment and Technology. Prior to joining /knowtional, Mr. Anthony was Chief Marketing Officer for the WNBA Dallas Wings franchise, where he drove go-to-market strategy, brand identity development and game-day customer experience. Never working in what one would consider status-quo organizations, he is known for creating end-to-end brand vision, customer interaction & engagement and integrating cross channel customer touch points. Being an advocate for the consumer and customer experience, has led to repeatable success in generating next level performance for organizations such as EDS, Viacom, Sunglass Hut and Edwin Watts Golf. Having a “builder” and a “fixer” mentality, Robert thrives on making the impossible – possible. Mr. Anthony received his Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.
