Tanner is a passionate and innovative CX professional with over 8 years of experience in the Quality Assurance and Customer Experience fields. He is excited by the value businesses can create when they focus on the Voice of the Customer and use the scientific method to determine what really creates value and excitement for their customers. He has immersed himself in learning as much as he can about CX methodologies including NPS, Customer Effort, and the new work that has been done around creating strong emotional connections with customers to improve loyalty and engagement. He has have enjoyed using what he has learned to drive change in the organizations he has worked, and is driven by the desire to learn more. He believes that anything can be improved, including mhimself, and I take every chance I can to learn and grow either through study or experience. I feel like if a person is not learning, he/she is not growing. In my free time, I’m an avid outdoorsman – hiking, backpacking, traveling are my mains passions outside of my professional life.
