Data is not supposed to be overwhelming. At least that’s what Loretta Hudelot believes. Loretta is a customer insights professional who helps companies win by telling stories with data. She turns complex customer information into easy-to-understand stories that lead to action. In her 25 year research career, Loretta has helped distill the ‘fog of customer data’ for Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Brinker International (owner of Chili’s), Freeman (trade show company), and Nationstar Mortgage. She currently works at Verizon Wireless as a customer experience strategist and researcher. Loretta enjoys playing the piano, herb gardening, yoga, and knitting badly.
