As Vice President of Wholesale Marketing at SunTrust, Melanie Siewert is building the culture, tools and structure to create a best-in- class customer experience. Melanie joined SunTrust in 2018 after successful marketing leadership roles at Worldpay, Equifax, Whirlpool and JP Morgan Chase Card Services. Using her experience in driving customer excellence through market and competitor insights, Melanie is developing new customer-focused strategies and marketing programs that will help drive retention and revenue. Melanie graduated from Washington College in Chestertown, MD with a degree in History. She calls Roswell, GA home where she lives with her husband, Jeff, and two sweet dogs.
