With over 15 years of customer experience, and consumer and customer insights experience, Sandra is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXPA) for Strong-Bridge Consulting. She is focused on strategy, measurement activities, and identification of actions which improve the customer experience. She has provided strategic insight and project management for some of the top global consumer and business brands on both the client and supplier side in the CPG, financial services, healthcare, and technology industries. Outside of helping customers deliver better experiences to their customers, she is a huge fan of travel, especially if it gives her a chance to visit someplace new, scuba dive, ski – or any combination.
