Day one will start after lunch with 5-6 concurrent hands on workshops. Each of these intimate 3 hour learning experiences will be limited to 30 participants. Guided by CX experts, participants will learn about:
Day two will be for the main conference starting with registration and networking before our first round of 6 CX Talks Speakers. Following these presentations, attendees will breakout into smaller groups for discussions led by leading CX associations before reconvening for the morning Keynote. After our networking lunch, we will reconvene for a panel discussion followed by 6 more CX Talks Speakers. The afternoon will end with another round of breakout discussions and a closing keynote presentation you won’t want to miss.
