All proposals must be submitted through the website to ensure that they are reviewed. Accepted speakers will receive free admission and an opportunity to showcase your Customer Experience thought leadership in front of your industry peers.
Session Format & Themes
Based on the TED Talks format, CX professionals will share short stories (10 minutes) of how they have applied CX fundamentals and new innovative CX strategies that have led to quantifiable CX results.
Submissions should fall into one of the following Themes: Customer-Centric Culture, Customer Insight and Understanding, CX Strategy, Experience Design & Innovation, Metrics, Measurement and ROI, Organizational Adoption and Accountability, Voice of the Customer Programs and Journey Mapping.
