Brad Christian has served as Managing Director at Market Force Information for over 11 years. He is responsible for consulting and customer experience program design for a variety of global multi-location businesses. With a focus on driving location performance improvement in both customer loyalty and financial metrics, he leverages measurement tools such as customer surveys, employee surveys, customer intercepts, mystery shops, on-site audits, contact center services and social media monitoring and engagement to help client organizations identify the financial ROI behind various targeted improvements. Brad graduated from the University of Florida with a specialization in both Marketing and Economics. He is based out of Norcross, Georgia.
