Brian Sullivan is the Director of UX Operations at Sabre, where he oversees user research, UX training, usability, and recruiting. Brian is actively involved in the design and usability community–Founder of Big Design Conference, Chair of World Usability Day (2007-11), and President of DFW-UXPA (2006-present). Brian has worked with AT&T, IBM, Burger King, American Airlines, SkyChefs, United Airlines, and Carter Blood Center. Brian is publishing his first booked, The Design Studio Method (2015). Brian is also an internationally recognized speaker, which includes speaking engagements at SxSW, Big Design Conference, IA Summit, UXPA-I, User Friendly, CPSI, and UXPA Boston. Brian has written his first book, The Design Studio Method (Focal Press). He wrote the cover article for UX Magazine. Brian has been featured in Texas CEO Magazine, Big Design Magazine, uxmag, and more. He has created the UX Certification program at Southern Methodist University. Brian lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife, son, and two cats (who run the house).
