Dana Moore is a Customer Experience Designer at Cox Communications focused on creating personal and empathetic relationships throughout their customer journey. Before starting at Cox, Dana spent eight years in her most challenging role as a stay at home mom. After a successful career in advertising and marketing that started in Minneapolis, she now focuses on creating experiences for customers that build loyalty and Dana spends most weekends watching her kids play baseball and lacrosse and enjoying their lake house (yes you may have seen her on HGTV’s Lake Front Bargain Hunt).
