Frans Mahieu is Global Marketing Director for Kimberly-Clark, a $18+ billion global company with brands such as Kleenex, Huggies, Kotex, Scott, Cottonelle and Depend. Frans manages Kimberly-Clark’s global employer brand and is responsible for branding to its 43,000 employees and the worldwide recruitment marketing. Prior to that Frans Mahieu lead Global Marketing for K-C’s Health Care business unit. Before joining Kimberly-Clark Frans spend 17 years with Novartis as a Global and North America Marketing director. He also spent three years in Switzerland overseeing the European marketing. He also worked at Ralston Purina and Ogilvy & Mather Advertising. Frans earned a MBA from the University of Georgia and a BBA from Nyenrode University. Frans is a frequent speaker on marketing and employer branding topics at a variety of marketing & branding conferences. His work has been covered by publications such as Forbes, Ad Age, Media Post and US News and World Report.
