Jeremy is a corporate consultant passionate about architecting best-in-class experiences. He is skilled with using data to expose broken touch points¨ and transforming them into more empathetic, connected paths. Jeremy has more than a decade of experience helping brands build better “consumer-compassionate” products and more emotionally aware staff. Most recently, he led User Experience strategy and design for the genesis of Excentus’ convenience retail digital product offerings, and the redesign of their brand. Earlier this year he founded UX Catalysts as a consultancy for organizations who were launching or progressing customer and employee experience to grow their brand value.
