Joe is part of Sparks Grove, the experience design division of North Highland. He’s based out of Atlanta, GA. Joe’s the Sr. Director of Experience & Service Design at Sparks Grove, the experience design division of North Highland, focused on envisioning and creating meaningful human experiences and breakthrough business strategies. He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of experience design, customer insight, and innovation for many notable brands including: SunTrust, Coca-Cola, Lowe’s, UPS, Capital One, Arby’s, TIAA, Bosch, Herman Miller, AT&T, Meijer, Principal Financial & Sony Music. This includes experience & service design, future visioning and ideation facilitation resulting in many new concepts, brand experiences, and strategies. Experience design is driven by moments of engagement, or touch points, between people, brands, ideas, emotions and memories that these moments create. Joe’s experience design philosophy is holistic in nature and considers all components required to create engaging and emotive experiences. He’s also an accomplished author, speaker, and expert on User Experience/Customer Experience/Service Design and Experience Innovation.
