Kari Mickelson leads the global customer experience practice at MoneyGram International, the 2nd largest money transfer company in the world, available in 200 countries and approximately 350,000 agent locations. (e.g. send cash to bank accounts, send cash to cash, pay bills). In this role, Kari has worked across the organization to implement the company’s first Voice of Customer program, collecting feedback from MoneyGram’s major touchpoints, and helps the organization see the value of CX by sharing insights and encouraging a customer first culture. Prior to this role, Kari led global consumer research at MoneyGram, managing its global brand tracker study and ad-hoc research.
