Liz is currently a Research Manager at UserTesting, where she coaches and develops a team of UX Researchers focused on serving a wide variety of customers across industries like high-tech, retail, and financial services. Liz loves to use story-telling of human insights to paint a picture of the customer experience for brands, helping to compel them to improve those experiences. In the past, she has worked to improve CX at The Home Depot, Mitsubishi Electric, and the American Cancer Society.
