As Vice President of Customer Engagement at Worldpay US, Melanie Siewert is building the culture, tools and structure to create a best-in- class customer experience. Through continuous improvements and an insights-driven approach, Melanie and her team are leading the charge to position Worldpay as the market leader in customer-centric communications and support.
Melanie joined Worldpay in late 2016 after successful marketing leadership roles at Equifax, Whirlpool and JP Morgan Chase Card Services. Using her experience in driving customer excellence through market and competitor insights, Melanie is developing new customer-focused strategies and marketing programs that will help drive retention and revenue.
Melanie graduated from Washington College in Chestertown, MD with a degree in History. She calls Roswell, GA home where she lives with her husband, Jeff, and two sweet dogs.
