Rob leads North Highland’s Customer Experience practice. North Highland, a global management consulting firm with offices in 23 U.S. cities and London, is known for helping clients solve their most complex challenges across the full spectrum of consulting. Rob is also a founding partner (2006) and Vice President at Sparks Grove – North Highland’s Experience Design division that designs and delivers innovative experiences for dozens of Fortune 500 brands. Rob has been fortunate enough to lead hundreds of successful customer experience engagements for clients in industries such as Telecommunications, Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, Financial Services, and Energy / Utilities. Prior to establishing Sparks Grove, Rob served as Director of Worldwide Marketing Communications for Delta Air Lines where he led advertising, branding, digital marketing, sponsorship and field marketing, and employee engagement. With a passion for building high performing organizations that deliver hyper-growth, Rob loves inspiring and collaborating with diverse teams to solve complex challenges.
