Having come from Ogilvy & Mather as Director of Interactive Marketing, Ryan’s experience and skills are unique in the industry, in that, he is fluent in targeted brand advertising, personalization, user experience and digital marketing. Since the 90’s, RJ has successfully performed a variety of digital production, mobile apps, graphic design, and mass media campaign projects, which is a testament to his depth of understanding and commitment to advancing trends and technology. He has been focused on user experience design and gained certifications from Human Factors International; Certified User Analyst (CUA) and Certified Experience Analyst (CXA), and studied Art Direction at Creative Circus in Atlanta.
Most recently, RJ led the Digital Experience and Design team for IHG. While at IHG the team was focused on building unique brand experiences for brand campaigns, strategic and social apps to crafting user experiences online via websites, display advertising and online marketing. Under his leadership, IHG launched responsive website platform running on Adobe Experience Manager, innovative apps and rich web content with industry-leading practices that have helped shape IHG’s reputation as a leader in digital marketing.
